We are pleased to be present at METS Amsterdam with the first AEOLOS P30 in Europe. At Solico, EF 315, first floor left of the main entrance in the Europa foyer. The radio controlled yacht will be used for 1:10 racing later.

Some of the "brains" behind the AEOLOS P30: Matej (responsible engineer, SOLICO), Hans (designer, project coodinator, AEOLOS/NOVA), Thomas (paint process consultant, ALEXSEAL) and Coen (senior engineer, SOLICO). We ware happy to be able to meet all the partners (Alexseal, Allen, Elvstrøm, Karver, Pauger, Solico, DIAP, ... ) live, no video conference. I was the first time after the lockdown. Without this great network the AEOLOS P30 would not have been possible.

We developed the prepregs used for the AEOLOS AP30 in our own group of companies - made in the United Arab Emirates. The ease of use and low curing temperature have allowed us to reduce production costs to a similar or lower level than vacuum infusion.
The first boat is painted with ALEXSEAL coating system in gold, further 6 boats are in production at the moment at NOVA Composites in Dubai.
ALEXSEAL has a stand at METS, too – in the German part of the superyacht pavillion.
