Due to the overwhelming feedback in the last few days, we will now establish class rules at short notice.
The basis for this is the very successful philosophy of the FD class, which has managed to remain a popular class for over 50 years, also thanks to the cleverly formulated rules. Therefore, modifications to the fittings, shape of the cockpit and interior will be allowed, but strictly limited: Hull shape, weight, equipment, sail area, number of sails in One Design races, important measurement marks like shroud points, forestay, expensive materials, etc.
There will be 2 keels: 2.3m for sea racing and 1.90m for inland racing.

Aufgrund des überwältigenden Feedbacks in den letzten Tagen werden wir jetzt kurzfristig Klassenregeln festlegen.
Basis dafür sind die sehr erfolgreiche Philosophie der FD-Klasse, die es auch dank der klug formulierten Regeln über 50 Jahre geschafft hat, ein beliebte Klasse zu bleiben. Darum werden Modifikationen an der Beschlagsausstattung, Form des Cockpits und Innenausstattung erlaubt sein, aber streng limitieren werden wir: Rumpfform, Gewicht, Ausrüstung, Segelfläche, Anzahl der Segel bei One Design Regatten, wichtige Messmarken wir Wantansatzpunkte, Vorstag, teure Materialien, etc.
Es wird 2 Kiele geben: 2,3m für Seeregatten und 1,90m für Binnenregatten.
